JCI Africa and the Middle East Leadership Academy

Since 1998, the JCI Africa and the Middle East Leadership Academy has stood as the region’s flagship leadership development experience - a transformative journey that has shaped the path of over 1,500 young leaders from across the area and beyond. Led by the JCI Africa and the Middle East Development Council (JCI AMDEC), this Academy empowers a new wave of changemakers to lead with purpose, innovate boldly, and collaborate across borders to solve the pressing challenges of our time.
